20+years building custom trade show booths and signs in Las VegasWe have been building for the show floor for more than twenty years.
Most of our projects still start the same way they did when we opened. Someone calls with a show date, a booth number and an idea that isn’t quite finished yet. Our job is to turn that into something standing on the carpet, lit and ready, the morning the doors open.
Custom is the whole point
We don’t sell a booth out of a catalog and call it yours. We start with your space, your products and the people you want to stop in the aisle, and we build around that. Back walls and backlit towers, counters with storage built in, meeting rooms, flooring and the graphics on every surface.
It’s designed here, printed here and built here, then set up in our shop before it ever goes near a loading dock.
Signs, too
The same goes for signage. Hanging signs you can find from across the hall, lobby and storefront signs, wayfinding for events, and the banners that go up the night before a show.
A lot of our clients come to us for a booth and end up handing us everything else with their name on it.
A booth has one job. It has to be ready when the doors open. Everything we do works backward from that date.
What twenty years on the floor teaches you
You learn the buildings. How each hall runs move-in, where freight gets held up, which rules get enforced on the floor and which deadlines really are final. You learn to read the exhibitor manual before the rendering, because a beautiful booth that’s two feet too tall comes down on move-in day.
You also watch the work change. Heavy laminated panels and hard crates gave way to printed fabric that packs into a case and comes out without a wrinkle. We’ve built through all of it, and those lessons go into everything we make now.
Built to come back
A good booth isn’t a one-show purchase. We build ours to be taken down, stored, repaired and set up again. A 10 × 20 can become a 10 × 10 when the schedule calls for it, or take on a new look with nothing more than new graphics.
When the show ends we pack it out, check every piece and keep it here until you need it again. That’s how we measure the work. Did you call us again for the next show?
