We suggest all grommets be used during installation to prevent damages to the banner.

Your submitted graphic should fit the exact dimensions of the print you ordered. There are 2” pole pockets at the top and bottom of this graphic. The seams from the hemmed pole pocket will be visible 2” from the top and bottom of the graphic.

Fabric can be machine washed with cold water and gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Wrinkles or creases can be eliminate with hand steamer. Do NOT bleach, tumble dry, or iron.

Your submitted graphic should fit the dimensions of the print you ordered. There is no additional bleed required. There will be a hemline across the graphic, it will be 2" or 3" from the edge of the graphic depending on what sized pole pocket you order.

Minimum size for Vinyl Backlit Banner is 12.5 sq.ft. or a minimum charge of $50.

The loop side is sewn on the banner, and the hook side is an adhesive strip that is included.

The only significant hazards from this product arise under conditions of combustion or elevated temperatures.

For tension fabric display, use the connector included with display to install. For velcro fabric pop up display, no additional hardware is needed. Simply slid on and you are ready to go.

Yes, your design can be smaller than the banner area provided. If you want to leave areas blank, simply leave it white or a solid color when designing your banner on our design tool.

Each banner is designed with metal grommets placed in each corner of the banner to secure it to the stand. The grommeted holes in the banner then attach to hooks which are part of the arms of the X-Stand.

We recommend you hand wash the event tent graphics by using soft brush, mild soap, and warm water to clean. The event tent is NOT machined washable.

The full wall is connected to the hardware by securing loops around the tent frame.

Yes. Full walls are provided with velcro loops that can be secured to the tent frame and legs. Walls can be installed on any of the tents four sides using the velcro loops.

For standard channel letters and shapes between 16" to 24", orders will be completed within 2-4 business days. If vinyl is needed or your letters oversize this may extend your turnaround time.

Size Limits: Minimum stroke thickness: no less than 1". The largest standard size quoted is 36" x 36". Artwork exceeding this limit will be proportionately scaled down in your quoting page. Please submit email requests for estimates beyond automated options. This option is subject to additional processing time and production fees.

Our system accepts PDF, EPS, or AI formats. All files submitted must be Vector and scaled to your specifications. Each letter should be outlined and simplified before uploading. If you have any trouble uploading a file, you may click the “Help” button at the bottom right and our team will contact you with a quote ASAP.

The standard turnaround for the stainless steel channel letters is 3 weeks plus shipping. If you order a customized Pantone-C color that is outside of the colors listed, it will take an additional 3 or more days for completion.

Our stainless steel letter comes standard with a 3 feet cord. Additional cord can be ordered for extra pricing.

Optional installation accessories are available for purchase. We offer simplified installation accessories that do no require the disassembly of letters. These include mounting screws.
